Our Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) Treatment Program is designed to help individuals struggling with sleep difficulties. By addressing the thoughts and behaviors that contribute to insomnia, our program aims to restore healthy sleep patterns and improve your quality of life. We can offer this treatment program using CBT-i or BBT-i (Brief Behavioral Treatment for Insomnia) in which can last only four weeks.

These treatments are sometimes recommended for major sleep issues such as insomnia, sleep-wake difficulties, narcolepsy, hypersomnia, shift work sleep phase disorder whether delayed (trouble falling asleep) or advanced (early wakeup).
